Dugan Land Management is owned and operated by Sean Dugan. With decades of hands-on experience across the West and a deep-rooted Texas heritage, Sean brings unmatched expertise to every acre. Holding a bachelor’s from TCU in Environmental Science and master’s degree Stephen F. Austin in Environmental Science, he’s worked for state and federal agencies and the private sector—managing ranches in Colorado, stewarding public lands from Wyoming to the Mexican border, running cattle in West Texas, and battling wildfires in California.
